InTown Suites in Hampton, VA, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of rooms, laundry areas, and common spaces to meet company standards and guest expectations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliable shift performance, and strong customer service to ensure guest satisfaction during occupancy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping/laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean required rooms per shift.
• Physical ability to scrub, reach overhead, stoop, bend, and squat.
• Willingness to perform multiple housekeeping/laundry tasks as needed.
• Ability to inspect cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and areas.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs.
• Remove trash from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas.
• Vacuum and wash floors as required.
• Maintain furnishings by dusting and polishing.
