Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in a branded hotel, a high school diploma, and demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong attendance. The position involves standing for long periods and may require variable hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and turnover of rooms to ready status
• Maintain housekeeping cart cleanliness and organization
• Report discrepancies to Housekeeping Supervisor
• Handle Lost and Found items per policy
• Ensure linen closet is stocked and orderly
• Assist in maintaining other hotel areas in clean condition
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Know and follow emergency procedures
• Work as part of a team to maintain service quality
