Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hawaii is seeking a Guest Room Attendant Self Inspector to uphold the highest standards of room cleanliness and guest comfort. You will inspect, refresh, and prepare guest rooms, ensuring compliance with brand standards and safety protocols across the resort’s guest accommodations.

Ideal candidates bring housekeeping experience, strong English communication, and a collaborative work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Elevated role from guest room attendant position.

Responsibilities

• Clean a set number of rooms per shift following procedures.
• Restock amenities and supplies in rooms.
• Enter HotSOS requests and ensure tasks are completed.
• Inspect and release rooms and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Assist other departments as needed and perform other duties.
