Qualifications

• Ability to arrive on time and work shift as scheduled.
• Physically able to perform housekeeping duties.
• Ability to read room numbers and follow cleanliness standards.
• Ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.
• Follow safety procedures and emergency protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites, as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and windows.
• Report rooms as clean and available.
• Report maintenance deficiencies to maintain standards.
• Strip dirty linens and remove used amenities.
• Check maid cart for supplies and restock as needed.
• Greet guests immediately with friendly, sincere acknowledgment.
• Replenish linen and guest amenities.
• Clean balconies, if applicable.
• Respond to special requests by guests (extra amenities or service time).
