Wright-Investments seeks dependable Room Attendants / Housekeepers to join our housekeeping team. You will clean and prepare guestrooms to ensure they are clean, comfortable, stocked, and ready for guests, contributing to a positive experience.

Responsibilities include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. A strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guestrooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds and replace sheets, pillowcases, and other linens as required.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, lamps, televisions, desks, headboards, and other surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard-surface flooring.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Replace used towels and replenish bathroom supplies.
• Restock guestroom amenities and supplies.
• Clean mirrors, windows, doors, and other glass surfaces as assigned.
• Check guestrooms for damaged, missing, or malfunctioning items.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Report lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures.
• Ensure guestrooms are properly presented before completing the room.
• Maintain and organize housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Keep housekeeping closets and work areas clean and organized.
• Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Follow hotel procedures regarding guest belongings, privacy, and security.
• Respond professionally to reasonable guest requests.
• Communicate room status or cleaning concerns to the Housekeeping Inspector or supervisor.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties based on hotel operational needs.
