Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms in our hotel. You will clean bathrooms, floors, and living areas, change linens, restock amenities, and report maintenance needs to the supervisor. You’ll keep carts and supplies organized and follow safety and brand standards to ensure a safe, comfortable guest experience.

We value reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Prior housekeeping experience helps, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms including bathrooms, floors, and living areas

• Report maintenance needs or room issues to the supervisor
• Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and work areas
• Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Provide friendly service when interacting with guests
