Qualifications

• Physical role requiring being on your feet most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and push/pull heavy objects.
• Able to bend and kneel to complete tasks.
• Reading, writing and basic math skills are required.
• Shifts may include nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms are clean and ready to meet brand standards.
• Assist guests with basic needs and directions.
• Update supervisor on room status and report repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Log lost and found items and reunite with owners when possible.
