About the role:

The Guestroom Attendant is a vital part of the Housekeeping Team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attention to detail of hotel rooms and residences, ensuring they meet Four Seasons' high standards.

What you will do:

• Clean and refresh guest rooms as assigned, including deep cleaning when required.
• Provide genuine hospitality, promote hotel services, and recognize guests.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle requests, and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare rooms for guest arrival, including turndown services.
• Restock amenities and ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Report damages, repairs, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen rooms.
• Communicate any deficiencies or discrepancies.
• Adhere to safety and conduct standards, and work harmoniously with colleagues.

What you bring:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Preferred experience in luxury hotel housekeeping, preferably with Four Seasons or similar.

Skills: Knowledge of cleaning equipment, ability to speak and read English, valid driver’s license for golf carts, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
