Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors at a technology-focused location.
• Screen personnel and visitors, verify credentials, and direct individuals to areas.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and report irregularities as required.
• Respond calmly to incidents or emergencies and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols and document observations and reports.
