You will provide excellent customer service, assist with luggage, operate and inspect shuttle vehicles, follow schedules, and uphold safety standards and hotel policies while supporting other operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from the hotel, airports, train stations, and local attractions.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist with luggage and local area questions.
• Operate shuttle vehicles, maintain cleanliness, and perform basic safety checks.
• Follow a shuttle schedule, log trips, distances and times.
• Maintain passenger safety and comply with traffic laws and hotel policies.
• Assist with fleet operations or mentoring in a senior role.
