Kids for the Future is seeking a full-time Van/Shuttle Driver in Charleston, WV to enhance guest experiences from arrival to departure. The role emphasizes safety, timeliness, and presenting a welcoming atmosphere while transporting guests to designated destinations.

The driver will document trips, inspect vehicles, and communicate maintenance needs, ensuring accurate incident reporting and adherence to company standards throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle.
• Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip.
• Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
• Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs.
• Document all vehicle incidents and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
