The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is seeking a Server Assistant to support our hospitality team in Cary, NC. You will greet guests, assist servers, and help maintain a clean, efficient dining area while ensuring guests have a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year restaurant or similar experience, a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to communicate effectively with managers and guests. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or similar experience preferred.
• Positive energy and team player.
• Effective communication with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment and maintain clean service areas throughout shift.
• Greet guests as they are seated and respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate to server as needed.
• Between seatings, take soiled tableware to dish room and sort to designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area then clean and reset tabletops.
