Guest (Substitute) Custodian - 2024 - 2025

This position involves performing custodial, building, and grounds maintenance tasks across various district facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning, safety procedures, security, and supporting maintenance needs. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily work assignments and assist colleagues as needed.
• Follow building security and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and safe environments in classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, and outdoor areas.
• Perform inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Operate cleaning equipment and maintain supplies.
• Secure building premises outside of operational hours.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with custodial equipment preferred.
• Criminal background clearance and reliable transportation required.

Physical & Work Environment: Must lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying weather conditions, and operate mechanical systems. Availability for irregular hours and emergency response is necessary.
