Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.
• A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a passenger endorsement may be required, depending on the size of the vehicle.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift heavy luggage, up to 50 lbs., and sit or stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests and employees to designated locations on time.
• Greet guests and assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Answer questions about Slipaway facilities and local points of interest.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean.
• Report vehicle issues to management immediately.
• Coordinate schedules via radio with the guest service team.
