Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Van/Shuttle Driver to transport hotel guests between destinations in a timely and courteous manner, upholding safety and service standards.

You will check logs, greet guests, assist those with disabilities, and perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections. Incidents and trips are documented and reported as required.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with flexible hours including weekends/evenings.

• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Check shuttle log and shuttle board and address special shuttle requests.
• Greet guests and assist with needs, including guests with disabilities.
• Inspect vehicle before and after shifts and keep interior/exterior clean.
• Document trips, incidents, and maintenance needs; report to a supervisor.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality; follow company policies.
