Job summary

La-Posada-Hotel is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests safely within the hotel’s travel radius and to local airports, stations, and attractions. You will assist guests with loading luggage, maintain a clean vehicle, and log mileage and incidents.

A valid driver’s license and a clean record are required, along with the ability to follow routes, rules, and hotel procedures. Join a team‑oriented Front Desk department and provide courteous service, answering questions and helping guests

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Transport hotel guests safely to airports, train stations, attractions, and local businesses.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring care and courtesy.
• Regularly inspect the shuttle for cleanliness, fuel levels, tire pressure, and mechanical issues.
• Log shuttle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays.
• Communicate with front desk/concierge to manage guest pickups, delays, or special transportation requests.
• Greet guests warmly, maintain a professional demeanor, and ensure a comfortable ride experience.
