Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Shuttle Driver in Raleigh, NC, offering a $15.50/hour rate. You will be the first contact for guests, driving them to destinations and ensuring outstanding service with a proactive, caring approach.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and successfully pass a DMV report.
• Adhere to company guidelines regarding moving violations.
• Hospitality Industry Experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and drive guests to and from requested destinations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
