Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Shuttle Driver for the Springfield Courtyard in Springfield, Missouri. You will safely transport guests to and from airports, restaurants, and events, assist with luggage, and help guests feel welcome from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed driver with a valid license.
• Excellent communication skills and guest service orientation.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive guests to and from locations such as airports, restaurants, and events.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Welcome guests and respond promptly to questions or requests.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Keep shuttle, front drive, and lobby area clean and safe.
