Job summary

Residence Inn Charleston Riverview is seeking full-time dedicated Hotel Shuttle Drivers to work the 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm shifts for their property in Charleston, SC. Compensation is based on experience, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, employee discounts, and more.

The Shuttle Driver will serve guests professionally, load/unload luggage, escort guests, promote hotel facilities, provide local information, operate vehicles, and follow safety practices to ensure timely

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Must have a valid state driver license.
Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests, creating a positive first impression of the hotel.
Promote hotel facilities and provide accurate information on local attractions and transportation options.
Load and unload luggage and escort guests to and from rooms and vehicles.
Transport guests in a safe, prompt, and courteous manner using hotel vehicles.
Maintain hotel vehicle cleanliness and perform routine servicing as needed.
Read luggage tags and match to tickets and assist guests with security of keys.
