The Role

The Guest Service team interacts with customers to provide information, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints, ensuring a positive experience.

Job Functions
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to foster loyalty.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone or in person, resolving concerns effectively.
  • Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
  • Promote and sell additional services or products.
  • Provide information, take orders, cancel accounts, and document interactions.
  • Participate in sustainability efforts, such as recycling and waste management.
  • Assist with venue closing duties, including collecting recyclables and storing equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service and communication roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Teamwork and program execution abilities.
  • Physical ability to walk, climb stairs, lift 50 lbs+; occasional sitting.
