About the Job

At NorCal Aquarium and Wildlife Adventures, we are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Services/Sales Team Member to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors. $20/hour + bonus opportunity. We’re growing and looking for motivated sales professionals who want stable hourly pay and real bonus upside. This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations, strong support, and the opportunity to earn $1,000+ in bonuses per pay period during peak times.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers and actively sell our products/services.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and confidently close sales.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.

Pay & Incentives

Schedule
