Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor in Birch Bay, WA. You will lead daily guest service operations, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, and analyze reports to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.

You will mentor staff, deliver hands-on training, and uphold service standards while coordinating front- and back-of-house activities in a hospitality-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proven leadership skills with coaching and training ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and hospitality service skills.
• Working knowledge of computer software programs including property management systems.
• Ability to analyze reports.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hotel, timeshare, or hospitality service experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of guest service shifts.

• Ensure daily checklists are completed with follow-up.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead the daily operation of guest service shifts, including planning daily front- and back-of-house guest service operations.
• Provide proper guest check-in and check-out procedures, analyze reports, and communicate needs with your team
• Ensure daily checklist duties and tasks are fully completed with follow-up communications.
• Maintain room inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Administer schedule adjustments that satisfy all guest, associate, and financial requirements.
• Maintain positive customer and associate relationships through meaningful associate, guest, and owner interaction.
• Provide hands-on training, development, and coaching for technical and soft skills customer service approaches.
• Support customer service standards that exceed guest expectations and directly communicate reservation flag information.

What You'll Bring

Compensation

Generally starting at $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
