Audubon Nature Institute is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead the Guest Services team at Audubon Zoo or Audubon Aquarium. The role focuses on coaching staff, delivering exceptional guest service, and supporting daily operations under the Guest Services Manager.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, at least two years of cashier experience, and proficiency with computers. This on-site full-time position requires flexible scheduling to cover events and after-hours needs.

Formación

• Must have strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Two years of cashier experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Guest Services operations under the Guest Services Manager.
• Coach and train staff; ensure exceptional guest service.
• Promote sales of memberships, attractions, and services during transactions.
• Greet guests, assist with questions, and manage crowds as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and use radio communications properly.
• Ensure compliance with department policies and safety rules.
• Schedule staff for events and after-hours coverage as needed.
• Assist with reports on rental activity, sales and payroll.
