Job summary

The Concierge II at Aramark is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest needs, acting as a point of reference for information, and resolving or escalating concerns. The role may involve oversight within the guest services operation and can vary by location based on client requirements.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $18.00. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

• Previous guest services experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Understand guests needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.
• Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs.
• Fulfills special requests made by hotel guests and participates in the organization of special events.
• Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents.
• Schedules and assigns daily work assignments the guest services team and oversees completion of tasks.
• Coordinate guest itineraries, prior to the guest's arrival, for requests received via phone, fax and e-mail.

The Concierge II may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $18.00 to $18.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
