Other duties may be assigned.* Directs workers engaged in taking tickets at the entrance of the facility, seating guests, monitoring door entrances and exits and keeping unauthorized persons out of restricted areas.* Conduct on-the-job training for new employees.* Oversee the handling of all needs for guests with disabilities including ticketing, entrance/exiting, seating, and overall, ADA compliance.* Conducts frequent inspections of the front of house area of the facility, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and secure.* Review reports or logs on all incidents and related activities for submittal to the Security Manager.* Frequently evaluates the performance of all guest services personnel assigned under Lead’s jurisdiction.* Perform other tasks as assigned.**Supervisory Responsibilities:**Responsibility includes training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work.**Qualifications:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
