Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge Bloomington is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead front desk operations and guest interactions. You will guide the Pack Members, manage daily tasks, and ensure high standards of service and safety across the lodge.

The role requires 1+ year in Rooms/Front Desk, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong English communication skills. Flexible scheduling, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Rooms Division/Front Desk.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated customer service, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office operations and ensure lodge safety and service standards.
  • Coach, encourage, and recognize Pack Members regularly.
  • Manage guest requests and escalate as needed to leadership.
  • Schedule staff, manage labor, and forecast needs.
  • Lead daily stand‑up with Guest Services Pack to plan the day.
