Shifts are 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, five days a week with flexibility. Weekend work includes a $1/hr premium; starting rate is $15.72/hr, with potential increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong math, reading and communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Responding to guest requests and inquiries.
• Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations.
• Communicating hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Providing information on the local area and points of interest.
• Assisting guests with arrivals and departures.
• Answering front desk phone.
• Cash handling.
