Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Server for the Kansas City Airport Marriott in Kansas City, MO. You will provide prompt, warm, and knowledgeable service to restaurant guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and experience with major brands' standards; strong communication, math, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide courteous service.
• Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain clean service area, tables, and surrounding area.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and sanitation standards.
• Assist with seating and table arrangement for larger parties.
• Provide a safe working environment by following safety programs and company policies.
