Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Familiarity with menu items and service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure proper presentation.
• Checks station for cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
• Abide by liquor regulations for serving to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Totals checks and accepts payment from guests.
• Assists with bussing tables.
