The Experience Guest Services Associate makes an impact by

  • Ensuring that guests visiting the Turkey Hill Experience have a pleasant and enjoyable experience by assisting in their respective area: Front Desk, Exhibits, and Taste Lab
  • Front Desk associates are responsible for ticketing and other general purchases
  • Exhibits associates oversee their respective areas, greeting guests, answering any questions they might have, making sure they know where to go, and ensuring inventory is properly stocked

Physical Demands -

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

  • The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low) and manufacturing setting where noise levels can be high (PPE required).
  • The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an office or manufacturing environment from 4-8+ hours.
  • The employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs, and where applicable and when necessary, to perform various job-related tasks.
  • Must be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various job-related tasks.
  • The employee must be able to inspect all job-related equipment (office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition prior to use. Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle (or feel) to operate various types of office equipment.
  • Must be able to operate all job-related equipment (powered, hand or office) as required.
  • Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and/or push/pull 20 pounds on a regular or occasional basis.
