Job summary

Neroli Salon & Spa in Milwaukee, WI seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator (Guest Services) to provide Five-Star customer service and convert calls into bookings while driving revenue for the Neroli/EdgelessBeauty group. You will handle scheduling, upsell services, and maintain guest records with integrity.

Responsibilities include answering calls promptly, booking reservations, up-selling services, and keeping pricing and schedules up to date for the wellness and beauty brands.

Qualifications

• Answer incoming calls within three rings and convert to booked reservations.
• Provide five-star guest service and upsell add-ons where appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of services and pricing to inform guests accurately.
• Manage guest information and ensure scheduling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer all inbound/outbound calls and convert to bookings using consultative selling.
• Schedule guest appointments, greet by time of day and name.
• Upsell Signature services and add-ons on every call.
• Maintain schedules and pricing in Zenoti for the team.
• Build relationships with high-value guests and report performance.
