Guest Services Representative - Food Services PER DIEM

Position Summary

Functions as a dedicated food and nutrition service representative to address the nutritional needs of patients. Assists patients with meal orders, adjusts to meet requirements of the nutritional care plan, and accurately completes order entry process. Delivers meals to patients, providing assistance with meal delivery as needed. Prepares and delivers nourishments and enteral feeding formulas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Expected to anticipate and respond to patient needs for enhanced service and patient satisfaction.
• Effective and pleasant oral, written and phone communication with patients, visitors, and staff are required.
• Displays effective time management skills and is able to function with minimal direct supervision.
• Assumes clerical duties related to patient services.

Pay Range

$17.00 - $22.88

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
