About the position

This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Scott AFB Lodging.

This is a Flexible position, guaranteed 0-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Receives and confirms room reservations, registers guests, makes and assigns room keys and may be required to escort guests to rooms as needed.
  • Calculates charges, balances totals, accepts payments, makes change and presents guests checkout statements.
  • Prepares and safeguards receipts, as well as daily cashier, activity and consolidated reports.
  • Maintains current checkout list and housekeeping status of rooms.
  • Records and notifies appropriate offices of problems reported by guests.
  • Maintains a clean workspace and lobby as well as a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • May perform other related duties as assigned.
