Position Purpose and Summary

The Guest Services Representative ("GSR") must demonstrate a strong commitment to providing an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, collecting payments, and completing daily paperwork. Ensuring safety and security procedures are followed for all associates and guests is also essential.

Major / Key Job Duties

  • Provide a top-quality guest experience with dedication.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues using the Make it Right process.
  • Process reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payments according to company guidelines.
  • Handle collection efforts for in-house balances and maintain cash and account records.
  • Set up and break down breakfast displays timely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
  • Gather guest information and identify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct property tours to ensure standards are met.
  • Assist with guest requests and ensure safety policies are followed.

Other Duties

  • Maintain hotel cleanliness and assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
