Position Purpose and Summary
The Guest Services Representative ("GSR") must demonstrate a strong commitment to providing an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, collecting payments, and completing front office paperwork, all while adhering to safety and security standards.

Key Job Duties

1. Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to requests.
2. Resolve guest issues following the Make it Right process, embodying ESA's service culture.
3. Process reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payments per company guidelines.
4. Manage cash, credit, and city ledger accounts accurately.
5. Set up and maintain breakfast display and ensure cleanliness of work and guest areas.
6. Promote ESA's value to inquiries and convert them into reservations.
7. Gather guest information, identify sales opportunities, and follow up accordingly.
8. Conduct property tours to ensure standards are met.
9. Assist with guest requests and provide accommodations as feasible.
10. Follow all policies, including key control and safety procedures.

Other Duties

1. Maintain overall hotel cleanliness and assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks.
2. Participate in cross-training to support various hotel operations.
3. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
