Position Purpose And Summary
The Guest Services Representative ("GSR") must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. Responsibilities include assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, collecting payments, and completing all necessary front office paperwork according to company guidelines. The GSR also ensures safety and security procedures are followed for all associates and guests.
