Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event services, registration, hospitality, customerservice, meetings, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, registration systems, or event-management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
