Boyne Mountain is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to issue season passes and lift tickets, assist guests with pricing, and handle transactions at the point of sale. You will answer questions about rates, resort policies, and activities, and help book snowsports lessons and locker rentals while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Interested in a customer service-based position and are friendly and outgoing.
• Flexible and able to multi-task.
• Willing to perform other tasks assigned.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Issue season passes and lift tickets to guests and team members.
• Provide accurate lift ticket pricing options to guests.
• Process cash, credit card, and voucher transactions at the POS.
• Handle general inquiries on rates and resort policies.
• Provide information on resort amenities and answer questions.
• Suggest resort activities and restaurants.
• Address guest inquiries in person.
• Help book snowsports lessons and check availability.
• Process seasonal locker rental payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
