Topgolf is hiring Golf Service Associates in Scottsdale. You’ll welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, and provide up-to-date information on gameplay and promotions. You’ll help with clubs and equipment, keep spaces clean and safe, and exemplify Topgolf’s values in daily guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have what they need to start and enjoy their Topgolf experience.
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help players maximize their visit.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear to improve their game and have fun.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including the retail area, with helpful guidance for guests.
• Commit to safety and sanitation by following standards to maintain a safe, clean environment.
