BEST Crowd Management is hiring a Guest Services Staff member for Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary, NC. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service to event attendees and supporting overall event operations.

You will welcome guests, assist with setup and directions, and help maintain a safe, friendly environment during events. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in busy events.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming attendees.
• Assist with event setup, including signage placement.
• Monitor venue areas for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Direct guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety.
