Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Service Representative in Fort Wayne, IN for a part-time role. You will greet guests, answer phones, and help run the shop with a smile to spread joy.

Shifts include 8:45am-2pm and 2pm-7pm, with 3-4 days per week and weekends required. Expect 15–20 hours weekly, with more hours available during holidays. The work environment is casual and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Available 3-4 days a week
• Weekends are required (one day per weekend)
• - Saturday open 9am-6:30pm (different shifts throughout the day available) Sunday open 11am-4pm
• Able to stand for 4-6 hour shifts
• Able to answer the phone confidently and efficiently
• Going above and beyond the expectations of the customers
• Looking for flexible daytime and evening help
