Responsibilities

• Welcomes Visitors, Guests, Alumni and Students to the IMU and IU Biddle Hotel.
• Restocks supplies and conducts basic troubleshooting on parking gate equipment.
• Monitors IMU Circle and helps maintain proper traffic flow.
• May assist with guest luggage handling and sense of arrival to the IU Biddle Hotel.
• Coordinates with other departments to create a great guest experience.
• May drive university vehicle for business needs.
