Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting event attendees.
  • Assist with event set-up, including equipment arrangement and signage placement.
  • Monitor event areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
  • Answer questions and provide information about the event and venue amenities.
  • Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
  • Address guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with staff, vendors, and team members for smooth operations.
  • Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism.
Requirements
