The Shift Leader will supervise employees and general store operations, delivering strong customer service and assisting managers to keep facilities well‑maintained and running smoothly.

The role requires flexible scheduling including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations or similar environments.
• Strong customer service mindset and the ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Proficient with a calculator, computer, and general office equipment.
• Able to work with diverse teams and interact with hourly staff, customers, vendors, and leadership.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Background check required.

Job Description

Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers, be self‑motivated, and ready to assist managers with any tasks that help keep our facilities well‑maintained and running smoothly. The candidate should be knowledgeable about store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.

Pay Rates: Starting between $16.50 – $24.87 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer‑focused culture
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required
