Torreon Golf Club in Show Low, AZ is hiring a full-time Guest Services Lead for a seasonal position lasting up to six months. You will manage cart staging, bag drop operations, practice facility presentation, and the overall flow of play while leading a team of Guest Services Attendants.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Position Overview

The Guest Services Lead manages cart staging, bag drop operations, practice facility presentation, and overall flow of play. This individual sets the tone for service culture by leading by example and providing direction, training, and support to Guest Services Attendants.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outside service operations
• Ensure carts are cleaned, prepared, and staged to club standards
• Oversee bag handling and storage with care and professionalism
• Maintain the driving range, short game areas, and practice facilities
• Monitor pace of play support and first tee organization
• Serve as a communication bridge between the golf shop and outside staff
• Assist with tournament setup, signage placement, and special event preparation
• Train and mentor outside service staff on service standards and procedures
• Ensure all areas (bag drop, cart barn, staging areas) remain clean and organized

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts during busy tee times and events. The Guest Services Lead must foster a positive, team-first culture while ensuring members consistently feel welcomed and valued.
