Job summary

ARK hotel is seeking a friendly and organized houseperson to ensure our public areas and guest spaces are clean and welcoming in Florida. The role requires one year of housekeeping or houseperson experience and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

You will assist with delivering amenities and housekeeping tasks, maintaining areas such as hallways and the lobby, and supporting housekeeping managers with special assignments. The ideal candidate prioritizes guest comfort and service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage time effectively and stay organized while cleaning public areas and guest spaces.
• Proficient in using cleaning products and following safety protocols.
• High school diploma or GED required; one year of houseperson/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, lobby, and other spaces.
• Anticipate and respond quickly to guest requests to ensure high service levels.
• Restock linen and transport clean linen to storage and housekeeping areas.
• Start shifts by inspecting assigned floors, collecting trash and soiled items as directed.
• Deliver guest-requested amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, and bedding to rooms.
