Job summary

R.D. Offutt Farms in Park Rapids, MN is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented staff member to provide clean, courteous service to guests and maintain facility standards.

You will perform daily cleaning of buildings, assist with laundry, food preparation, serving and post-event cleanup, and help ensure safety, cleanliness and readiness for guests while supporting a cooperative team and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods.
• Knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials.
• Attention to detail.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain four-star cleaning standards and procedures.
• Clean bathrooms, bedrooms, common spaces, wash windows, vacuum, mop, and laundry.
• Monitor and report repairs and replacements.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and materials in safe condition.
• Help prepare food and serve during events as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
• Present a professional image to customers and community.
• Participate in training and meetings.
• Support teamwork and exemplary customer service.
