Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to steward all aspects of serving couples through food service and housekeeping at our Hospitality Center.

The role includes kitchen duties, guest lodging cleanliness, and routine maintenance coordination in a Christian hospitality environment. Responsibilities cover meal prep for events, guest service, and daily housekeeping, with adherence to health codes and safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in food service preparation.
• Must achieve and maintain Serve Safe Certification and Chemical Training Certification.
• Strong customer service and people skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexible in adjusting priorities.
• Ability to work independently with little immediate supervision.
• Ability to work with various food preparation machines and equipment, sharp knives, and various chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals from predetermined menus for intensives, getaways, and special events.
• Serve guests and visiting staff; be attentive to their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and interior and exterior areas daily.
• Observe Health Department Codes and maintain ServSafe Certification.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest lodging spaces and staff areas daily.
• Report maintenance concerns to General Manager; adhere to FMI standards.
• Perform laundry as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
