Job summary

Hilton Oberlin is seeking a House Person to maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public spaces, and meeting rooms. You will support Room Attendants and the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of guest satisfaction.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, dust hallways and stairwells, spot clean walls, carpets, lights on guest floors.
• Deliver clean linens, towels, and amenities to floors as needed.
• Stock carts with supplies and assist room attendants.
• Set up, clean and reset meeting rooms per guests' needs.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Provide information to guests about hotel and local attractions.
• Assist Room Attendants and Lobby Attendants as needed.
• Maintain safe environment following Hilton and Quality Hospitality policies.
