Job summary

Concord is seeking a Houseperson to support housekeeping by handling linens, delivering supplies, and maintaining a clean, guest-ready environment across public areas. You will transport linens, restock closets, and assist with room setup and heavy tasks while ensuring safety and brand standards.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred and the position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and support team operations.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and move supplies and equipment.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, sanitizing).
• Transport clean linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing.
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs).
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.
